It may be a defective filter or incorrect installation of the filter.
Here are some things to check:
- Remove the new filter.
- Reinsert the filter(s) and be certain the filter label is facing completely forward, not at an angle.
- If your filter bases have red arrows on them, make sure they are properly aligned with the arrows on your filters.
If this does not help, please contact Customer Support and they will replace the filter(s) that was/were just installed.
